The SJI Swimming Carnival / Mass Swim 2015 will take place on 11 & 12 March (Wednesday & Thursday) @ 2.30 - 5.30pm at Bishan Swimming Complex.
The whole swimming complex has been booked to facilitate the usage of two pools.
11 March - Sec 1 & 3
12 March - Sec 2 & 4
The timings (estimated) for the 4 levels are as follows:
Sec 1 2.30pm - 4.00pm
Sec 2 2.30pm - 4.00pm
Sec 3 4.00pm - 5.30pm
Sec 4 4.00pm - 5.30pm
All 4 levels will be using the 50m competition pool.
More details are being finalised and will be posted up soon.
Please check your mass swim results and get back to Mr Henry Sng by 16 Oct (Wed).
Students without consent form on the event day have been told that they were not allowed to take part in the mass swim or 4 x 50m relays.

Please refer to attachment. Participants are reminded that the 4 x 50m relay event and mass swim will start according to the sipulated times.
Head CCA Duties

Rules and Regulations (Compulsory)

- Consent form is compulsory for participation in the 4 x 50m relays and Mass Swim.
- In the event of bad weather, please continue to report at the pool. A decision will be made at the pool.
- Students are advised to eat sufficiently before the event.
- All students will report directly at the pool. On completion of the event, they will be dismissed at the pool to make their own way home.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL STUDENTS & PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
1) Please take note of the dismissal time for the different levels on 12 and 13 March 2013.
Sec 1: Michael & Marcian classes to be dismissed at 12.50pm. Fintan & Lawrence Houses to be dismissed before 2.10pm
Sec 2: All to be dismissed at or before 1.30pm
Sec 3: All to be dismissed at or before 3.30pm
Sec 4: All to be dismissed at or before 3.30pm
A one way shuttle bus service will be provided to all lower secondary participants. All lower secondary participants, please proceed to the area outside the PE office after you are dimissed from class.
For the secondary 3 and 4 participants, please proceed to the swimming complex on your own. You need to report at the pool latest by 3.45pm.
All students will be dismissed at the pool to make their own way home or arrangements on completion of the event.

Sec 2, 3 and 4 participants are to print out the parent consent forms, get it acknowledged by their parents/guardian and submit the acknowledgment form to their respective Head CCAs.
You will NOT be allowed to participate in the swimming carnival if the consent form is not submitted & accounted for.
